Camyr Allyn Stage 2
- Stage 2 at Camyr Allyn is expected to register in the coming weeks.
Vacy Village
Current Registration Estimate: Q1, 2024.
- Civil works are nearing completion at Vacy Village.
- Hunter Water clearance has been obtained.
- The electrical design has been approved for Stage 1 and the contractor engaged to commence works shorty.
- Upcoming efforts will focus on finalising remaining electrical design for Stages 2 and 3, electrical works and landscaping.
Vacy Acres Stage 4
- DA modification approval in line with original consent (14/03/23)
- Preparation of documentation for lodgement of subdivision works certificate (SWC) application is nearing completion.
- Once lodged, we expect Council's SWC approval process to take around 10 weeks.
